Developed in collaboration with Jonas Eriksson of Tennisnerd, VAMOS is a shaped evolution of A5 — engineered for players who want more bite and a higher launch without sacrificing the connected response that made A5 a favorite among advanced players. Built from the same foundation as A5, VAMOS features a six-sided (hexagonal) profile in a 1.23mm gauge, designed to increase ball grip and control. Where round strings prioritize a flatter, more penetrating trajectory, the hexagonal geometry of VAMOS increases friction between the string and the ball, helping the string "grab" the ball longer and create a more pronounced spin response. VAMOS also holds tension exceptionally well, validated both in lab testing and by players across levels.
