Service includes standardized Ishihara plate color vision screening only. 2. This is a screening test and not a full color vision diagnosis. 3. Professional interpretation by the ophthalmologist is required. 4. Lighting conditions and patient responses affect accuracy. 5. Additional color tests may be required for confirmation. 6. Fees may vary when bundled with other vision tests. 7. Occupational clearance decisions are not included.
