On Thursday 25th June, we’re hosting a proper cocktail takeover with the ever-gracious, always-fun, queen of cocktails, Lottie O’Donnell - a mixologist renowned across the industry for her experience in some of the city’s most diverse drinking destinations, and in particular for making cocktail culture feel fun, accessible, and easy to recreate at home. Across the evening, you’ll enjoy 4 (yes, 4!) classic cocktails, inspired by the sort of amazing cocktail party your mum might host. These can be high-stakes events, so we’re here to guide you through the details and leave you with the skills to execute the perfect gathering, all served, of course, with just the right amount of expertly cured and smoked produce to keep hunger at bay.
