Ready Wash Systems precision Flow Metering Valves are specifically designed & labeled for soft washing industry. 1” valves are accurately labeled 0–6.25% for 12.5% Sodium Hypochlorite Solution. 1/2” valves are labeled 0–10 for surfactants, degreasers/ other solutions. Perfect for soft washing mixing proportioners. PTFE Seals are ideal for Sodium Hypochlorite, Sodium Hydroxide, Hydrochloric acid & many other commonly used chemicals in the soft washing industry. The handle of the valve is secured by a screw making it less likely for the handle to detach from the valve. The ball is cut at 30° for high flow performance making them ideal for high GPM units.
