Brocas anulares de 2" de largo
Las brocas anulares son la herramienta más eficiente a la hora de taladrar agujeros. Son la evolución de las brocas helicoidales usadas ampliamente en la industria. Permiten hacer agujeros de gran diámetro en tan solo unos segundos, cosa impensable con las brocas helicoidales, si bien su costo inicial es mayor, son capaces de hacer muchos más agujeros a una fracción del tiempo de las brocas convencionales, y su vida útil es mucho mayor. Menor consumo de tiempo y energía por perforación. Cortes más eficientes. Diseño cóncavo. Pueden volver a afilarse . Requieren menos potencia y fuerzas. Perfora desde A32 hasta A38, tiene alta resistencia al desgaste. Dientes invertidos, tienen la capacidad de perforar 2 laminas simultáneamente sin que la broca sufra daños o se fracture. Se logran mayores avances con un mayor número de dientes y un menor desgaste de la broca. Puede efectuar perforaciones difíciles o imposibles de llevar a cabo con precisión con un taladro de columna convencional ya que no requiere ningún pre-taladrado o taladrado escalonado. Fabricadas con acero HSS M2 convencional. Proceso de tratamiento térmico por etapas que permite una dureza extrema en el dentado y al mismo tiempo un cuerpo flexible. Esto se traduce en menor desgaste, mayor número de agujeros y menor riesgo de quiebre. Geometría de corte optimizada: Reduce el esfuerzo de la broca y el taladro, y aumenta el número de agujeros por afilada. Afilada por todos sus vértices y caras exteriores para menor rozamiento y mayor vida útil.
