To make this mini version of our pie, we take our gluten-free pastry crust and fill it with juicy organic strawberries from Yerena Farm and rhubarb from Happy Quail Farms. The pies are then topped with our gluten-free version of our famous oatmeal cookie crumble top! The crust is made with organic brown rice flour, organic tapioca flour, organic cane sugar, organic xanthum gum and organic butter.
