The neck has a fast-playing SlimTaper™ C profile and is capped with a bound rosewood fretboard, equipped with 22 medium jumbo frets, and adorned with pearloid trapezoid inlays. The fretboard's 12" radius makes playing first-position chords easy while ensuring that string bends don't fret out when you play them. High-quality Grover® Rotomatic® tuning machines and a Graph Tech ™ nut, paired with a fully adjustable Epiphone LockTone M Tune-O-Matic ™ bridge and Stop Bar tailpiece, work together to maintain rock-solid tuning stability and intonation. The Epiphone SG Standard is equipped with a pair of Epiphone's acclaimed ProBucker T™ humbucking pickups that deliver all of the vintage-approved SG tones you could ask for.
