Floral Beaded Rings with Ken Granich of Reiko Co

In this class with ken Granich of Reiko Co we will learn to weave beaded rings using the Peyote Stitch. The Peyote Stitch is a beautiful and versatile beading technique that opens up a world of design possibilities. We will choose colors from a curated palette and learn to bead an adorable floral ring pattern. No prior experience is necessary, but you should be comfortable working with very tiny beads and a needle. Prerequisites To take this class, you must be comfortable working with a needle and very tiny beads! Materials (not included) All materials provided for the class period, no take home materials included. Class Time Wednesday, July 8th: 6 - 8:30 pm Instructor Ken's work is inspired by nostalgia and joy and her aesthetic intention behind each piece is "elevated whimsy"—something playful that sparks your inner child, but still speaks of glamour. Each piece is lovingly designed and handmade by Ken in Portland, OR. When Ken isn't beading (rare!), you might find her plotting a murder mystery party, country swinging, or trying her hand at a new craft skill. Cancellation Policy Classes require a minimum of 3 students. An emailed notification of cancellation will be sent 2 days before the class if the minimum is not met. In the case of shop cancellation, all registered students will be refunded the class fee. Any additional fees including materials and the shipping of materials are non-refundable.
