Snipe.

A charming, and particularly well-presented, taxidermied snipe. Snipe compromise a group of twenty-six species of wading birds that use their long bills to forage for invertebrates in mud and sand. Their alertness and cryptic plumage make them difficult to hunt, hence the origin of the term 'sniper'.
