Cooking olive oil - origin France. Our cooking olive oil is a blend of 50% extra virgin olive oil and 50% olive pomace oil. Our olive pomace oil is obtained through a second hot mechanical extraction. After the first cold extraction process of olive oil, not all the oil contained in the olive is extracted. This second extraction process allows for the recovery of the oil still contained in the olive paste. Once extracted, our oil is filtered and then blended with extra virgin olive oil, creating our cooking olive oil. It has very good heat resistance and has retained its numerous health benefits. This cooking olive oil is ideal for cooking a variety of foods: meats, fish, vegetables, and other preparations. Available in 1L Bottle.
