Literary Pub Crawl Ticket

Iowa City a UNESCO City of Literature and home to the famed Iowa Writers Workshop introduces a series of Literary Pub Crawls. Join the Iowa City Downtown District & Iowa City of Literature as Joe Reilly & Rachael Carlson traipse the Iowa City Literary Walk, a series of sidewalk bronze relief panels featuring excerpts from writers with Iowa ties. Peppered in the avenue stroll, the crawl pops into writers' haunts of past and present for beverage breaks. Over the course of the evening, crawl participants have the ability to participate in putting their breath into the written word amongst the group. The Literary Pub Crawl is 6:00-9:30 pm on the ticketed date. Each tour is limited to 10 ticket holders. Tickets to the Literary Pub Crawl include: Drinks at George's Buffet, Foxhead Tavern, and Dublin Underground "Response" r.s.v.p. hand pressed poet card & pencil Group writing activities An exclusive tour of the Iowa City Literature Walk, St Mary's Church and writers' haunts Ticket buyers will check in at Prairie Lights Cafe. No physical tickets will be needed.
