Liporase contains hyaluronidase, an enzyme that can easily dissolve hyaluronic acid by speeding up the rate at which it is absorbed by the body. It is often used to dissolve hyaluronic acid-containing filler injections due to unsatisfactory results such as overfilling, uneven distribution, incorrect placement, or accidental injection into the vein. It is essential to note that Liporase only targets synthetic hyaluronic acid, wherein it swiftly reverses the effects of the dermal filler without damaging the body’s natural hyaluronic acid. Liporase can also boost the effectiveness of fat dissolving injections. Liporase Hyaluronidase is also certified and approved for use by the KFDA as a dissolution agent. It also has various indications that can bring significant effects to achieve the desired outcomes such as increasing the absorption and dispersion of other injected drugs, enhancing the subcutaneous fluid administration, and improving the resorption of radiopaque agent. Benefits of Liporase Swiftly remove hyaluronic acid-containing fillers in case of mishaps and unsatisfying results. Boosts the effects of fat dissolving injections. Speeds up the dissolution of hyaluronic acid and its absorption in the body. Due to very high enzymatic activity of Liporase, it is often used for reducing body fat. KEY INGREDIENTS Liporase consists of 1500IU of hyaluronidase and 13.3mg of lactose hydrate. APPLICATION Liporase can be applied to areas where unsatisfying results of filler injections are located, especially in the face and lips. Then, inject Liporase subcutaneously and wait for 20 minutes to assess for any allergic reaction. Take note that slight redness and swelling at the injection site are normal. Do not proceed with the treatment in case of hives or other signs of anaphylaxis occur. For intramuscular or subcutaneous injection Approximately 1500IU of Liporase is mixed directly with 1.5mL saline solution or water for injection before administration. When mixing the powder with saline, gently swirl the vial and do not shake too hard. It can also be dissolved with lidocaine to minimize the pain upon injection. For boosting the effectiveness of fat dissolvers Add 5mL of saline to 1 vial of Liporase, gently mix, and withdraw the dissolved solution. Inject to the area where the fat-dissolving agent will be administered to help it enhance its effectiveness. It is important to note that Liporase and fat dissolving agents are not to be mixed together; they must injected or administered one after the other for the best outcomes. DURATION OF EFFECT Once Liporase is injected, it starts breaking down hyaluronic acid. And depending on the HA concentration, effects can be immediate and fully visible after 24-48 hours. Follow up procedures may be done if traces of hyaluronic acid persist after the initial treatment.
