Figured Walnut-Alaskan Yellow Cedar & Spanish Cedar-DRONE (739-A)

Featured is a hand crafted Native American Style, 6-hole, Drone flute in the key of high A by Dave McGiffin. The flute is made from Claro Walnut-Alaskan Yellow Cedar and Spanish Cedar. The birds are crafted from Spanish Cedar and attached with sage colored deer hide, glass and/or metal beads. The bore is 7/8” the overall length is 18-1/2”. The flute has been dipped in tung oil to help protect from moisture on the inside and several coats have been applied on the outside as well.
