Yamamasa Koyamaen is a long-established tea producer founded in 1861 (Bunkyu 1) in Uji, Kyoto — with family roots in tea cultivation stretching back to the early Edo era. Still operating their own tea fields in Uji today, they are one of the few remaining producers involved in every step from cultivation to blending.
