2025 Orange Picpoul
Our skin-contact Picpoul comes from a family-owned, organic vineyard in the Lodi AVA. The wine showcases dried herbs, matchstick, and golden oats with a high-acid profile, complemented by honey, citrus, and orange blossoms. Fermented with 100% stem and skin inclusion, then transferred to neutral Burgundy barrels to rest for 7 months. One of a kind and a little off the beaten path - in the best way. Soil: Tokay fine sandy loam 11.1% ABV - ORGANICALLY GROWN - INDIGENOUS YEAST - MINIMAL SULFUR
