Extended Warranty – VTM Machines (per machine)

Core coverage for VapeTM machines – remote diagnostics and parts replacement only (no on-site service). If a covered issue cannot be fixed with parts, we will replace the unit. What's included Remote diagnostics within 1 business day of claim Replacement parts shipped with step-by-step install guides (customer self-install) Prepaid return label for failed parts Full-unit replacement (refurbished or new) if a covered issue cannot be fixed What's not included On-site labor or technician visits Cosmetic items; normal wear and tear Damage from misuse, vandalism, power irregularities/surges, water ingress, or operation outside published specs Theft or loss; software subscriptions; SIM/data fees Shipping policy Parts – Ground shipping included (contiguous U.S.). Customer can upgrade at time of incident: 2-Day +$35, Overnight +$75 per shipment. Full-unit replacement – Standard curbside freight included (contiguous U.S.); accessorials (liftgate/inside delivery/appointment) billed at cost. International: duties/taxes and freight overage are customer’s responsibility. How it works Submit a claim with serial number and logs/photos. We triage within 1 business day and ship in-stock parts next business day (Ground by default). Return failed parts within 30 days using the prepaid label. Coverage begins after the 1-year manufacturer warranty ends. Purchase at sale or within 30 days of delivery. Warranty purchase is Per Machine and will be assigned to a specific serial number.
