Drill Guide

Tactic Racing drill guides are used to update V1 hubs that use pressfit end caps to the new V1.2 threaded axle, adjustable preload axle system. Can be purchased as a bundle with either a V1.2 axle or a V1.2 axle and a V1 (Straight Spline) freehub body. Drill Guides are steel and built for shop use. Note: Hole must be oriented outboard (outer edge of centerlock splines) for proper alignment with the preload collar set screw. Use a 16 gauge drill bit with the drill guide mounted in a vice or on your wheelset to carefully drill the access hole.
