Solar dyed high twist superwash merino/nylon "Zebra" sock yarn.

These skeins have been created using the heat from the sun to set the dyes. Using a glass jar in full sun in my garden, enough heat has generated to enable the setting process. This base is a blend of 80% superwash merino/20% nylon that has a high twist due to the spinning process. Black is included in the spinning, giving a zebra effect. It is a sock/fingering/4-ply weight yarn. 100g = approx 365m/399yds.
