Domaine des Côtes Blanches is located in the small village of Bué, in the southern part of Sancerre. The estate dates back to the 18th century. Today, Nicolas Millet, the ninth generation winemaker, works according to organic, biodynamic and regenerative farming principles. Gorgeous biodynamic Sancerre with aromas of white peach, crisp Anjou pear, lime peel, and citrus blossom. Vivacious on the palate with mouthwatering acidity, tension, and a rich, rounded texture from time spent on fine lees.
