McIntosh of Kirkcaldy Teak Sideboard

A beautifully designed and scarcely seen model of sideboard by renowned Scottish manufacturer McIntosh of Kirkcaldy, dating from circa 1960s. A particularly neat and versatile size, featuring a generous cupboard alongside three drawers. The top drawer is felt-lined with internal dividers, while the cupboard offers excellent storage and is also ideal for a vinyl collection. The long sculpted integrated handles and tapered Dansette-style legs give the piece its distinctive mid-century look. Condition Presented in good vintage condition with some age-related marks consistent with its age and history. There is an open groove along the back of the top where an additional unit would originally have been positioned. This is part of its previous configuration rather than structural damage and does not affect the use or overall appearance of the sideboard. Dimensions W120cm × H73cm × D48cm
