External Media License

The External Commercial Media License grants independent photographers, videographers, and athlete-contracted creators official floor access to restricted zones during the Belgrade Games. This license is designed strictly for creators covering specific pre-contracted individual athletes. What’s Included: 3-Day All-Access Pass: Full access credentials for all three competition days. Restricted Zone Access: Dedicated camera positions on the competition floor and athlete warm-up zones, and other zones. Official Identification: Media shirt or vest and press badge for venue identification. Scope of License & Commercial Restrictions: Individual Packages Only: Coverage and photo sales are strictly limited to pre-booked individual athlete packages (up to a maximum of 8 designated athletes). No Mass Sales or Public Galleries: Selling content to the general athlete pool, publishing public sales galleries, or mass content distribution is strictly prohibited and remains exclusive to the official Belgrade Games media team. Terms & Requirements: Signed Agreement: Pass holders must sign and submit our official Media Rights & Safety Agreement prior to credential pickup. Strict Floor Protocol: Creators must strictly follow all safety regulations, staff directives, and camera-zone guidelines while operating on site. Non-Transferable: Credentials are issued to one named individual and cannot be shared or transferred. Drone Policy: Indoor Drone Restriction: Personal or external drones (UAVs) are strictly prohibited inside the venue hall. Indoor drone operations are reserved exclusively for the official event media team. Outdoor Drone Use: Drone operations outside the hall are permitted, provided they follow local airspace safety guidelines and do not interfere with event access points. Note: Credentials and media vests will be issued at the registration desk upon presentation of a valid ID, signed agreement, and your submitted list of contracted athletes.
