The Artist Collection Vol. 1 - Irish Whiskey 50%
Two Stacks × Jack Coulter The Humours of Whiskey The Artist Collection – Vol. 1 The Humours of Whiskey is the inaugural release in The Artist Collection, a collaboration between Two Stacks Irish Whiskey and acclaimed Irish artist Jack Coulter. Inspired by Jack's synaesthesia, his ability to experience music as colour, this limited edition celebrates the harmony between painting, music and whiskey, with each discipline shaped by patience, instinct and creativity. At its heart lies one of the most complex and luxurious blends we've ever assembled, marrying some of Ireland's oldest and rarest casks into a whiskey that evolves with every sip. The Art of the Blend A carefully composed marriage of exceptional casks including: 1991 Single Malt (ex Bourbon) 2002 Single Grain (ex Passito Di Pantelleria) 2016 Single Pot Still (ex Mandorla) Each cask contributes its own voice, creating a whiskey that is both vibrant and deeply layered. Tasting Notes The nose opens with an explosion of tropical fruit, ripe mango, pineapple and juicy peach, before giving way to crisp orchard apples, poached pear and delicate blossom honey. On the palate, the whiskey is remarkably expressive, sweet, bright and wonderfully mouth-coating, with waves of caramelised apple, vanilla fudge, apricot preserves and candied citrus. Rich Mandorla sweetness intertwines with the luxurious influence of the Pot Still spice, while the mature grain whiskey lends remarkable elegance and silkiness. The pot still spice gently lifts the fruit, creating a texture that quite literally bounces across the tongue, revealing new layers with every moment. The finish is long, warming and beautifully balanced, with lingering notes of baked orchard fruit, toasted oak, soft spice and tropical sweetness that seem to last indefinitely. A Collector's Release Limited in number to 300 units only, The Artist Collection – Vol. 1 is much more than a bottle of whiskey, it is a celebration of contemporary Irish creativity. Every bottle forms part of a story where exceptional whiskey, original artwork and live music converge into a single, unrepeatable moment - and a great celebration of the regions talent and cultural brilliance in ahead of the historic Fleadh Cheoil arriving to Belfast August 2nd, 2026. A masterpiece in the glass. A collector's piece on the shelf.
