Christmas Tree Gift Cake with Keepsake Tin

A beautifully festive Christmas cake, handmade in the Cotswolds and presented in its own keepsake gift tin. Our 780g Christmas Tree Cake is made in small batches to our award-winning rich fruit cake recipe, with vine fruits soaked in French brandy before baking and time to mature for a wonderfully rich, traditional flavour. Each cake is topped with natural marzipan and sweet fondant icing, then finished by hand with a sparkling Christmas tree decoration. We first made these little cakes for our Cotswold Christmas Hamper and they proved such a hit that we knew they deserved a place of their own. Customers particularly loved the smaller size, generous enough to enjoy properly over Christmas, without committing to a full-sized festive cake.
