Vinified in stainless steel tanks without contact with the grape skins, at a controlled temperature of around 28ºC. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels. Tasting Notes: It is a wine with a black-cherry color; on the nose, blackberries and violets are well combined with the toasted aromas resulting from aging in French oak. On the palate, it is rich, textured, and smooth. Pairing: Pairs well with meat dishes, roasts, grilled foods, and cheese.
