Triple Hydraulic Pump to replace Original Voith pump fitted to Klemm Drilling Machines Other versions available upon request Voith P1 pump IPC 5 - / 40 ( 40ltrs per 1000rpm) Voith P2 pump IPC 4 - / 32 ( 32 ltrs per 1000rpm) Voith P3 pump IPC 4 - / 32 ( 32 ltrs per 1000rpm) Voith P4 pump IPV 3 - / 3.5 (3.5ltrs per 1000rpm) This is a Parker /Commercial 4 section pump which has the same inlet port sizes as the original Klemm/Voith pump The pressure ports are different as the design of the pump means that the pressure port has to be opposite the suction ports , the ports are threaded BSP so it is very easy to either adapt or fit new hose ends. Maximum working pressure 250Bar Advantages 1. Nearly 50% cheaper to buy 2. Pump sections can be replaced for larger flow to give more rotation speed etc ( Power demand will of course increase respectively) 3. Unit is supplied bench tested and bedded in - so no debris is introduced into the system 4. Cast Iron pump is more resistant to wear than softer aluminium original pump. 5. BSP threaded pressure port connections make for easier hose replacement. 6. Suction Ports are the same SAE flange port sizes so existing pipework can generally be used. 7. Supplied with New drive coupling and Drive plate (these are at extra cost from Dealer) 8. Inexpensive to repair down the line (around 25% of cost of new Klemm unit), parts are all stocked at UHE. Normal turnaround is 1-2 working weeks to repair and test.
