Six open top burners each deliver 30,000 BTU (215,000 BTU total) with lift-off heads and a shrouded flashtube pilot ignition system that pairs one pilot to every two burners for reliable, efficient starts. Heavy-duty cast-iron grates in both front and rear configurations support the largest stock pots and frying pans while retaining heat for consistent cooking performance. The standard bakery-depth oven base provides 35,000 BTU with two racks and four rack positions, and its porcelainized bottom and door panel make cleanup straightforward.
