Lie face up on your bed with a low, comfortable neck pillow. Place one N-1 under each shoulder. Center the N-2 under your lower back. Put on the Neck Band and Eye Shield. Hold one Hand Cylinder in each hand. Relax for 15 to 45 minutes — daily if possible.
