Enfield Wine Co. Citrine Chardonnay - 2024

Sourced from four different vineyards with an average vine age of 40 years. 50% comes from a block of own-rooted vines at the Rorick Heritage Vineyard in the Sierra Foothills. Whole-cluster pressed and barrel-fermented with native yeast. Aged on the lees for 11 months and bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal added sulfur. Fresh and bright in tone; orchard fruits and citrus, with a hint of florality. Broad on the palate, with good weight, and a crisp, mineral finish. – ABV: 13.2%
