Originally from New Brunswick, they now live in Ypsilanti, Michigan, and perform, teach, and sell reeds all throughout the Midwest and Ontario. Emily holds three degrees in oboe performance: a bachelor's degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, a master's degree from the University of Ottawa, and a specialist degree from the University of Michigan.
