New York Iron Áo Yếm

Born from a photograph Designer Diego Cortizas took on a fire escape in New York, of a glass door holding the reflection of a building framed by iron railings. Through his signature kaleidoscope process, the image became a pattern of concentric circles and vertical bars, printed onto lightweight fabric that resists creasing and travels well. Cut as an áo yếm, the traditional Vietnamese halter with a covered front and open back, tied at the neck.
