Cruan – Fairview Enamelled Copper Bowl (Soft White)

The Fairview bowl by Sinéad O'Connor of Cruan is finished in Soft White — one of three white enamel types layered onto the copper form. Fired multiple times at varying temperatures, the heat draws out the natural copper oxides to produce the characteristic depth of colour: charcoal, teal, mossy green and warm gold emerging from what begins as white glass.The copper form is handspun in Sheffield by master craftsman Warren Martin, then textured and shaped by Sinéad before enamelling. The enamel is drawn back in places to expose the raw copper beneath. Each piece is entirely unique.
