RPM LONG SHANK 4-40 ROD ENDS (12) This is a set of twelve RPM 4-40 Long Shank Rod Ends. Shorter turnbuckles need long shank rod ends to compensate for the lack of turnbuckle length. These RPM long shank rod ends maintain close tolerances over the ball cup and have the same oversized hex as the RPM Heavy Duty rod ends, but these also include a small recess at the top of the ball to allow steeper angles without binding! RPM rod ends fit all Associated, Losi, & HPI ball-studs.
