Kristen's Honeycomb Brittle

The best old-fashioned honeycomb brittle you've ever had! Made first in the family by her grandmother, the recipe was handed down to Kristen's mother, Kathy, who made it every year for Christmas for as long as we can remember, and now Kristen makes it, minus the peanuts, for Artisan Candies. It's light as air, with a tender crunch and a little salt sprinkled on top. Yum!
