Pre-Competitive Rhythmic Gymnastics Team – Fall 2026 Gems interested in growing competitively Schedule: Mondays & Fridays 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM Location: L'Orée-du-Bois Gymnasium, Saint-Lazare Fall Season: September 14 – December 5 (23 Classes including Christmas Showcase) Includes Costume Rental for Christmas Showcase - December 5 Holiday- No class on October 9, October 12 (Action de Grace) ✨ For Gymnasts Ready to Go Further - Skill, Dedication & Progress Our Pre-Competitive Team is designed for motivated gymnasts who are ready to go beyond recreational classes and explore a more focused path. With twice-weekly training, this program offers greater attention to technique, flexibility, artistic expression, and conditioning - while nurturing self-confidence, discipline, and joy in progress. This team is a stepping stone toward competitive level for athletes who show commitment, love the sport, and want to challenge themselves in a supportive 💫 What Your Athlete Will Gain: Increased Training Frequency: Twice-weekly practices allow for deeper learning, faster progress, and stronger retention of technique and flexibility. Technical Development: Focused work on form, transitions, and mastery of all rhythmic apparatus: ribbon, rope, hoop, ball, and clubs - with an emphasis on clarity, expression, and control. Artistic Growth: Each gymnast develops their expressive abilities through choreography and music interpretation, preparing for future performance or competition opportunities. Team Culture & Mindset: While still non-competitive, this group trains with shared goals and growing discipline - fostering team spirit, focus, and personal ownership of progress. 🎭 Christmas Showcase - December 5 The season culminates in a joyful, non-competitive performance where each gymnast presents a more advanced group or solo routine to celebrate their growth.
