Santa Lúcia returns to our menu for a third year with a delicious fresh harvest of yellow bourbon. We visited this farm for the first time last October and are thrilled to have their coffee in stock once again. Expect a sweet and comforting cup with a heavier body and relatively low acidity—on the cupping table we tasted milk chocolate and cocoa, peanut butter, hazelnut, dried apricot, date, and cherry.
