Yemeni Yafei beans are grown in Yemen’s Ibb Governorate at 1,500–2,200m altitude — one of the country’s highest-rainfall coffee regions — where fertile volcanic slopes and diverse microclimates create a uniquely bright and aromatic cup. Hand-harvested at peak ripeness and sun-dried on raised drying beds using traditional Yemeni methods, these beans develop a vibrant acidity with notes of ripe berries, jasmine, and a silky, wine-like finish.
