Nose: Rich malt, dried fruits, and buttery toffee leads the way, with gentle traces of smoke and fresh sea air beneath it. A faint waxy character and salty brine add a distinctly coastal edge. Palate: Full and firm, with earthy peat smoke and toasted nuts emerging first. Beneath that comes a rich progression of dark chocolate, cooked fruit, worn leather, and soft spice. The malt remains at the core, while the smoke is seamlessly woven through the palate without ever becoming dominant. Finish: Seasoned oak, embers, and a lingering touch of maritime salinity.
