This double dry hopped IPA with Windsor's Two Flints has part of a three-beer series made for LHG's 11th birthday, all brewed with Best Ultra-Pale NP malt; a new product that produces a rich texture that's very creamy and fluffy. Here, the intense citrus and pungent herbaceous character of NZ hop Riwaka pairs perfectly with the refined gooseberry from Nelson Sauvin, and hand-selected Mosaic Cryo brings a wealth of berry sweetness to the party.
