A Club For Those Who Make Time As dads there's a lot we are responsible for. Whether we are trying to get a workout in or that we have to go to work early to provide for our family - our responsibilities don't end. I know plenty of dads in this community who are up before the family wakes up and get home in the evening to make dinner, practice or a game. Being present means finding the time to make sure you're there for your family. The day & time doesn't slow down so we need to find time in the day. The conversations I've had with other dads in the gym, or online about getting up early, making the time in the day is countless. This was the community and mentality that went into our 4AM Club design. A simple yet powerful design that reminds us that we have the same 24 hours in the day as everyone else. What we do with those hours it what separates us vs. every one else.
