Prepare the work area: remove loose debris, dust and standing water, and make sure the space is well ventilated, especially in showers, bathrooms, locker rooms and utility rooms. Spray MB-9 directly onto the affected area, fully saturating the mold or mildew staining. The gel formula is designed to stay in place on vertical surfaces. Let the product dwell while it breaks down the staining. Staining often begins to disappear within minutes. Never allow the product to dry on the surface. Watch the treated area as it works. Heavier biological staining may need additional dwell time or a second application. For older or deeply embedded staining, agitate gently with a soft nylon brush. Avoid aggressive scrubbing that could damage sensitive stone finishes. Rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water once the staining has been removed.
