In summer, Lake Orceyrette reflects the larches and wooded slopes in emerald green waters. The forest descends almost to the shore, enveloping the lake, while the contours of the valley appear through the branches. The whole forms a fresh, calm, and very natural scene.The lake is located around 1,928 meters above sea level in the municipality of Villar-Saint-Pancrace, in the Briançonnais region.
