Mulkali Shiraz Native Gin

Hand-picked, late harvest Shiraz Grapes from Wilyabrup are expertly blended with a curated selection of Indigenous Australian Botanicals to create a truly distinctive Gin. Native Juniper Berries form the backbone of the spirit, layered with vibrant notes of Quandong, Pepper Berries, and aromatic Cinnamon Myrtle. Once blended, the Gin is infused with premium Shiraz Grapes and left too steep for several months, allowing the flavours to meld and deepen naturally. The result is a richly textured Gin with a bold-bodied finish that showcases the union of Australia's West and Centre.
