A Vintage Sylvac Planter, model number 2483 which belongs to the iconic "Hyacinth" range produced by the British pottery manufacturer Shaw & Copestake. Featuring a heavily textured, moulded relief pattern imitating upright, overlapping leaves with a wavy, irregular rim. Glazed in a glossy, dark emerald green glaze, which is one of the most recognisable and collectible finishes produced by the pottery.
