FYF Teams of 4: Drop-In Pass, Friday 28 August

FYF is back. Enter as a team of 4. Friday 28 August, 5:30pm to 7:30pm. F**k You Friday. That is what FYF stands for, and it earned the name. It was the hardest session on our timetable, we took it off the board, and it is coming back for one night only. Top team wins a meal for four at El Jefe's. Two hours. Four of you in a team. Expect one of the most challenging workouts you will do this year, and expect to finish it because three other people are counting on you. Everyday Athlete Gym, Unit 18, 100 Borron Street, Port Dundas, Glasgow, G4 9XG. You pick your own team We are not putting teams together this time and we are not pairing anyone up on the night. You enter as a full four. Any mix of EDA members and non-members is fine, including all four non-members. Who this pass is for This £15 drop-in is for people who are not members of Everyday Athlete Gym. Friends, family, workmates, anyone your team wants to bring in. If you are an EDA member, FYF is free and you do not need to buy anything here. Members book their spot in Wodify. How it works Get your four together. You sort your own team. One person enters the team on the FYF team registration form with everyone's name and email. Every non-member on the team buys this £15 pass. One pass per person, not one per team. Members book the 5:30pm FYF session in Wodify. Payment is required before the night Non-members must have paid before Friday 28 August. We cross-reference every team roster against payments in the week running up to it. Nobody is turned away at the door on the night, because nobody unpaid gets that far. If your team is short a payment we will chase it in plenty of time. What to expect Hard. That is the point.
