The palate is viscous and layered, chewy and balanced: oak leads with caramels, french vanilla, spice, more graham cracker and a lovely wheat sweetness. Long finish, balanced and rich: no wheat funk here with tons of pie crust, caramel candies, butterscotch and well developed oak.
