Walnut Butter

Product Description Carboor Harvest Walnut Butter is hand made in small batches using the best available Australian grown Chandler variety walnuts. The walnuts are lightly dry roasted (no oil) at a low temperature to preserve the high nutritional value of the nuts but reduce the moisture levels and free the natural oils. Following roasting, the nuts are allowed to cool and run through our paste machine and immediately packed. The 250g variant is packed in a glass jar and the 1kg variant is packed in a plastic pail. Ingredients Lightly roasted best quality Australian grown walnuts: 100% We use only Walnuts Australia or Goulburn Valley walnuts. Usage Suggestions Carboor Harvest Walnut Butter is delicious healthy alternative to peanut butter, or the famous chocolate hazelnut spread. Spread on toast or pancakes, add to protein balls, smoothies or use as a base for homemade ice cream. STIR WELL BEFORE USE: Contains no thickeners, so the oil does naturally separate and accumulate on the top – simply stir back in to get the delicious creamy texture back.
