OPTIONS WHAT THIS COVERS Basic File Prep - $15.00 File prep for 1 file Correcting file type Correcting color mode Making minor adjustments to file size, safe zone clearance Gate Fold Setup - $25.00 Aligning images for a gate fold card Adding bleed (requires source files) Vellum Wrap Setup - $25.00 Aligning images for a vellum wrap Adding bleed (requires source files) Basic Prep + 1 Setup $35.00 Basic File prep for 1 file Aligning images for 1 gate fold card or 1 vellum wrap Adding bleed (requires source files) WHAT IS NOT COVERED: Design, design corrections or redesign Working with spot color or white underlayer Correcting low resolution Correcting issues with design that is beyond basic file prep. We cannot work with image files such as PNG, JPEG, WEBP, HEIC WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU: Upload your Illustrator, InDesign, or Photoshop file with your product order - OR - Upload the CANVA file as a PDF AND enter the link to a COPY of your "live" Canva file in the "Customer Note" box on your order How to get a link to your live Canva file: Duplicate your LIVE Canva file (do no link us to your original) Open the COPY of your live file in Canva Click the "Share" button in the upper RH corner Under "Collaboration Link" click the 1st dropdown Select "Anyone with the Link" Click the 2nd dropdown - Select "Can Edit" Click Copy Link Paste this link in the Customer Note box on your product order Have multiple files? Select the appropriate service on this listing and adjust the quantity for the selected add-on before you add to cart. Repeat as necessary. Note: Depending on the number of files and items to be corrected, these services may add 3-5 days to the production time for your file before a digital or printed proof becomes available.
