A George III sterling silver teapot, stamped with the maker's mark of Richard Pearce over that of another, hallmarked London 1817. Compressed circular shape with flat-chased decoration in the Rococo style, with hinged lid and melon finial, on pedestal feet with scroll handle. 11.5" (29.2cm) from spout to handle, 20 troy oz (621g).
