This delicious ham is smoked using Australian red gum wood chips and made using minimum number of additives. Perfect on a grazing board or delicious sandwich filling. Kangaroos are free to roam without confinement and are ethically harvested in their own environment, producing a naturally lean and tasty ham. Cooking tips: Slice thinly for best results and add to a charcuterie board with one of our delicious relish's: Pepperberry Tomato Relish or Wattleseed, Capsicum and Chilli Relish. Alternatively, serve with white sauce and roasted vegetables. Packaging & Storage: This product is vacuum sealed fresh. Ready to eat. Store in refrigerator, unopened until use-by date.
