Herbal Actions Cooling and refreshing during warmer months Traditionally used to support relaxation and nervous system balance Supports hydration and daily herbal nourishment Gentle and uplifting without caffeine Ingredients Lemon Balm, Lemon Peel, Lemongrass, Spearmint, Elderflower, Honeyblush, Chamomile, Butterfly Pea Flower Steeping Instructions Cold Brew Infusion Pour 2 cups of cold water over 2 tbsp of herbs Steep in the refrigerator for 6–12 hours. I prefer this blend closer to 6 hours as lemon peel gets bitter in my opinion . If you enjoy a strong overnight brew, add a little honey to taste.
